1.      For desired humidity level achieving, we suggest room to be well insulated & reasonably air tight. There should not be any humidity source within the room, Number of door opening should be minimum, AC temperature to be  kept at 24-25 Deg C and above.

2.      For usage in dusty atmosphere, we strongly recommend to clean filter more frequently as the case may be. We further recommend to install dust collector in the room to avoid choking of machine parts.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF DRYBOX DEHUMIDIFER

DRYBOX DH 150 is working on refrigeration cycle where both cooling and heating is used for dehumidification.  In DH 150 a fan collects air from the surrounding area and pulls it into the dehumidifier. As the air passes through, it comes into contact with the dehumidifier’s cooled coils (heat Exchanger). These coils use condensation to pull moisture from the air. The collected moisture remains on the coils and drips into the dehumidifier’s Drain Tank (reservoir). The dehumidifier reheats the air and exhausts it back into the room. So that Dry & Warm air helps to maintain humidity in the room.
