What are advantages of DryBox Dehydrator?

As it is Heater less drying and closed loops gives Energy Efficiency i.e. power saving 50-60% than Heater based dryer, Product Color ,Aroma & its nutritional values retains to its original position. Rehydration Properties are Excellent.

Which Type of Product Can be Dry in DryBox?

What is Maximum and Minimum Temperature of Dryer?

Maximum :- 65-70 Degree Celsius Minimum :- 40-45 Degree Celsius.

Can I load different products for drying in a single batch?

No. It is not advisable to put different product in same batch as each product has different characteristic and water weight percentage. It is advisable to put products as per their family category only.

Can I put small quantity of product in a few trays in the machine for drying?

Yes. However, ensure that a tray covers the top-most tray containing the product. It should be covered in such a way that it guides the air through the trays. Otherwise, drying will not take place effectively.

What is the pre-drying process for high watery products?

High-water content products can be cut and spread on a cotton cloth to absorb superfluous moisture of the product from all sides. Later, this product should be transferred to drying trays. This will reduce drying time to a large extent by removing the surface water.
Alternatively, spin dryers can be used to remove superfluous water by means of spinning the product before putting it into the dryer.

Does temperature set-point setting differ from product to product?

For temperature sensitive products such as flowers, herbs, Mint, etc., high temperature creates shock on the product. To avoid this, we dry such products at lower temperatures.

Can I open the dryer door while the drying is in progress?

Yes, but do not open the door too frequently or keep it open for long duration.
