It’s the top choice for achieving optimal dehydration results. This model is compatible with 96 Stainless steel 304 trays with 4 Trolley.
As with all TND0096 series food dehydrators, the TND0096 is CE-certified, GMP & ISO 9001-2015 certified guaranteeing both quality and safety in your dehydration endeavors.
- TND0096 comes with separate Drying Chamber & Heat Pump Machine it needs installation on site or you can build Drying Chamber as per Drawings and material provided. & then need to insert Heat Pump Machine into drying chamber & connect power supply then your machine will be ready to use. Our installation team will help you to install the machine. OR our installation comes at site and take care of all installation part. This model is available in three phase supply as it is considered as a commercial industrial model.
- Tray size for TND0096 is 16x32x1inch in Stainless steel 304. Also for tray we will provide Trolley (racks) in which one trolley can hold 24 trays, Accordingly TND0096 comes with 4 Trolley & 96 Tray.
- Drying chamber is made up of Insulated Puff Panels (Polyurethane sandwich panels) with 60 mm puff insulation.
- We can supply this machine in MS POWDER COATED, SS 304/ 316 & COMBO OF Powder coating & SS 304/316 material of construction (MOC) as per customer requirement.
- You can easily load 180 – 200 Kg input product in TND0096

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF DRYBOX HEAT PUMP DRYER
We have developed more advanced closed-loop dehumidification heat pump drying technology that offers a better drying quality and effect and more significant power-saving.
The DRYBOX closed-loop dehumidification heat pump dryer is built into the sealed and heat-preserved drying house. from whose bottom the air is released and is returned to the upper part. The air then runs through the cold coil (heat Exchanger) to get cooler. The moisture in the air will be condensed into drops of water and collected in the Drain tray below and discharged from the house through a water pipe.
After dehumidification, the air will run through the Hot coil (Heat Exchanger) turn to the dry and hot air and penetrate through the product heating it up. This will release water from the material which evaporates into the humid hot air and then is taken back into the dryer again. Eventually, the steam will be condensed onto the cold coil (heat Exchanger) and then discharged out of the drying house. The whole process will begin again and will repeat until the material is thoroughly dried. In the above process heat energy is circulated within the drying house taken in by cold coil (heat Exchanger) and released out from Hot coil (Heat Exchanger) without any loss of heat. Therefore it is highly efficient and completely immune from the impact of external temperature and humidity. The unique and creative design of the DryBox closed-loop dehumidification heat pump dryer has completely solved all of the problems associated with the traditional open-loop dryers.

- There are 24 trays/ trolley; distance in between the tray is 60mm,
- Comes with SS bracket sturdy wheels with and without brakes.
- Provided Stoppers from both side to lock the trays in trolley.
